Ocarina of Time is pretty good for a classic. Or you could play Breath of the Wild if you have a Switch or Wii U. Neither of these really require you to play the prequels that came before it to enjoy the game.
That said, I've only played a bit of OoT, so I can't say much about BoTW, but it's really good from what I hear.
